ORIENTAL PORK CASSEROLE

serves 6

Ingredients:
1 and ½ lb. pork tenderloin, cut in strips
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped white onions
½ cup white rice, cooked
1 can (10oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
2 teaspoon soy sauce
8 oz. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Chow mein noodles
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
In large skillet melt butter and saute pork strips on low heat until brown. In saucepan combine the remaining ingredients except noodles. Add pork to soup mixture and transfer to baking dish. Cover dish with foil and bake in oven at 325F 1-2 hours. Remove from oven and garnish with noodles before serving.
