ZUCCHINI AND CORN SOUP

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen corn kernels
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 small zucchini, grated
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoon butter
1 cup water
1 cup milk
½ cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon oregan 1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In large saucepan melt butter and saute on low heat. Add zucchini and cook 2 minutes. Stir in corn, broth,  water,smoke, spices,  tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook about 5 minutes. Add milk and simmer 2 minutes.
