Number of Servings: 2 quarts

Ingredients:
1 cup vinegar
½ pound butter
1 tablespoon Colgin Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon paprika
3 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoon salt
24 ounces catsup
¾ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (ground)
½ cup water (optional)
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Simmer for 30 minutes; do not boil. For a milder sauce, omit the cayenne pepper.
