Ingredients:
1 lb new red potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
½ cup mixed spices of garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, dill, rosemary or ginger etc.
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Wash potatoes and remove any bad spots, put in steamer and steam for about 25 minutes, put in large bowl, combine oil and smoke pour over potatoes,mix well add the herbs and toss until all potato is covered. Wash all vegetables.
