MUSHROOM DIP

serves 4

1/2 lb. white mushrooms, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
1/4 cup white onion, chopped
2 tbs. garlic, minced
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp.Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste.
2 tbs. butter

In skillet melt butter, add onions, garlic and mushrooms and saute until onions are tender. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat until cheese melts. Add bacon and sour cream. Mix well. Serve with chips or toasted french bread.
