Pot Roast With Red Wine

serves 8

3 lb. chuck pot roast
1 white onion, sliced
1 8oz. tomato juice
1/2 cup red wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1 tablespoon Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Trim fat from roast. Place meat in slow cooker. In small bowl add the remaining ingredients. Pour over roast and cook on low heat over night.
Or 8-10 hours.
