CHINESE CHICKEN

serves 4

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

Marinade:
1 cup soy sauce 2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 cup sherry 2 tbs. minced garlic

Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tbs. minced garlic
1/2 cup hoisin sauce 1 cup sherry
1/2 cup ketchup 1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Place chicken in baking dish. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinade over night. Next day combine sauce ingredients. Remove chicken from marinade. Place chicken in baking dish, pour sauce over chicken.
Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Baste chicken several times.
