CAJUN BLACKENED FISH

serves 4

4 fish steaks
1 cup butter
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp.cayenne pepper
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

In bowl combine the spices. Melt butter and add Worcestershire sauce, brush both sides of fish with butter. Brush spices on fish, both sides. Pour some butter into skillet, add fish. Turn the fish over when brown on 1 side. Add more butter if neceassary during cooking, Save some butter for dipping.
