TURKEY and VEGGIE BURGERS

serves 8

1 lb. ground white meat turkey
1/2 cup grated zucchini squash
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup bar-b-q sauce
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
8 slices cheese
8 whole wheat buns

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, except cheese and buns. Shape into patties. Grill or bake in oven until done. Place patties on buns and add cheese.
Use mayonnaise or mustard.
