PIMIENTO CHEESE DIP

makes 1 cup

4-oz. pimientos, drained and chopped
1/2 lb. greated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbs. mayonnaise
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well. Allow mixture to sit 1/2 hour so flavors can blend. Serve with crackers or chips.
