BAKED FISH AND VEGETABLES

serves 4

4 fish filets
2 cups sliced onions
2 cups sliced red potatoes
1 cup frozen green beans
2/3 cups Italian salad dressing
1 tbs butter,melted
1 bottle Colgin Lemom-Pepper Marinade
salt and pepper to taste

Place fish in bowl and pour marinade over fish.
Marinade for 30 minutes. Combine potatoes, green beans,onions, butter, salad dressing, salt and pepper in large bowl. Transfer to baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, place fish on top of vegetables and bake 15-25 minutes or until fish is done.
