ASPARAGUS QUICHE

serves 6

1 pie crust
6 oz. cooked ham, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
12 asparagus tips, drained
1 bottle Colgin Herb-Garlic Marinade
salt and pepper to taste

In bowl combine ham with marinade. Drain after 30 minutes. Trainsfer ham to pie crust.
In bowl combine eggs, cream, cheese,onions salt and pepper mix well. Pour over ham. Arrange the asparagus tips around the edge of the filling. Bake the quiche in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
