STUFFED FLOUNDER

serves 6

12 flounder fillets
3 cups Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped white mushrooms
1/2 cup melted butter
1 bottle Colgin Lemon Pepper Marinade
salt and pepper to taste

In bowl combine fillets with marinade. Drain after 30 minutes. Combine bread crumbs, mushrooms, onion, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place 6 fillets in ob-long baking dish. Top with stuffing mixture. Place
another fillet on top of stuffing. Brush fish with remaining butter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
