1 lb. chicken tenders
1 cup chopped green onions
4 oz. angel hair pasta
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
1 bottle Colgin Herb-Garlic Marinade
salt and pepper to taste
In medium bowl combine chicken with marinade.
Drain off after 30 minutes. Grill or boil chicken, cut into small pieces. In sauce pan,
bring broth and water to boil. Add pasta and aimmer 3-4 minutes or until done. Add the cooked chicken, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat 2-3 minutes. Spoon into bowl and top with onions.
