SHRIMP APPETIZERS

serves 48 appetizers

8 oz. cooked,chopped shrimp
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded white cheese
1/2 chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. oregano
1 loaf french bread
1 bottle Colgin Lemon Pepper Marinade
1/4 cup white wine

In bowl place shrimp with marinade. Drain after
30 minutes. Cut bread into slices, about 1/2
inch thick. Bake bread in oven at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients to
shrimp. Spread mixture on bread and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
