POACHED SCALLOPS

serves 4

1 lb. scallops
4 tbs. white wine
1 tbs. butter
1 bottle Colgin Lemon Pepper Marinade
salt and pepper to taste

In bowl marinade scallops for 30 minutes.
Drain. In skillet melt butter, add wine and
scallops. Cover and poach 3-5 minutes.
