BROCCOLI SALAD # 2

serves 4

3 cups cooked broccoli,chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/4 cup chopped red peppers
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbs white raisins
1 bottle Colgin Herb-Garlic Marinade

dressing

5 tbs. rice-wine vinegar
3 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
red pepper to taste

In small bowl combine dresing.

Marinate vegetables in marinade for 30 minutes.
Drain. Add dressing to vegetable and toss to
coat. Chill for 1-2 hours.
