1 lb. chicken tenders
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup peanuts
2 tbs. hoisin sauce
1 tbs white wine
1 tsp. gingerroot
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. oil
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. water
1 bottle Colgin Teriyari Pineapple Marinade
Marinate chicken 30 minutes in marinade.Drain.
In skillet heat oil. Cut chicken into cubes.
Add to oil and stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Add onions, pepper,garlic and gingerroot to skillet.Simmer until done. Add hoisin sauce
stir-fry for 30 seconds. Combine sesame oil,
water, sugar,wine and cornstarch in bowl. Add
to chicken;cook and stir until thickened.
Add peanuts and serve hot.
