4 medium pork chops
1 cup barbecue sauce
4 slices pineapple
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 bottle Colgin Teriyaki Pineapple Marinade
salt and pepper to taste
Place pork chops in baking dish. Pour marinade
over chops. Drain after 30 minutes. Combine
barbecue sauce,pineapple juice,salt and pepper.
Pour over chops. Bake in oven at 350 degrees
for 50-60 minutes. Serve with pineapple slices
on top of pork chops.
