BAKED CKICKEN CASSEROLE

serves 4

4 skinless chicken breast
2 cups sliced potatoes
2 cups snow peas
1 [10 oz] can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 bottle Colgin Honey-Lime Marinade
salt and pepper to taste

In baking dish, add chicken and marinade. Marinade
30 minutes. Drain. In saucepan combine soup,water,
salt and pepper. Add potatoes and peas to chicken.
Pour soup over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake in
oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
