CRAB SANDWICHES GRILLED

serves 4

1 cup fresh crab meat
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 hard-cooked egg,chopped
1/2 tsp. horseradish
3 tbs. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well.

8 slices wheat bread
4 slices tomatoes
4 slices pickles
melted butter

Spread butter on wheat bread. Spread crab meat on bread, add tomatoes and pickles. Grill on grill until sandwiches are golden brown.
