CORN CURRY

serves 4

4 cups frozen corn
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup green peas
1/2 tsp. curry powder
4 tbs. butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet melt butter, Add vegetables, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook over heat until vegetables are tender.
Stir in sour cream and mix well. Cook 1-2 minutes.Serve hot.
