ALLIGATOR SOUP

serves 8

2 lbs. alligator filets, cut into 1/2 pieces
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup potatoes,chopped and peeled
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup of whole kernel-corn
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup butter
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large sauce pan, melt butter. Add onions,
alligator and worcestershire sauce. Simmer on low heat 4-5 minutes. Add the water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.
