Kristina ‘s Beer Buscuits

makes 8-10 biscuits

1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup beer
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbs. sugar
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire sauce

In skillet fry sausage; add Worcestershire sauce.
Drain. In large bowl combine baking mix, cheese and
sugar. Mix well, add sausage and mix. Add beer and
blend into baking mix. Spoon on to baking sheet.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with white gravy.
