RUM BAKED CHICKEN

serves 4

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup rum
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tbs. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

In oblong pan combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well, add chicken and cover with foil, turing chicken occasionally. Marinate
3-4 hours or over night. Remove chicken from marinade.Spray baking dish with cooking spray,
add chicken. Bake chicken in oven at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Baste with marinade
occasionally.
