BLACK BEAN BURRITOS

serves 8

2 cups black beans, drained
2 cups whole kernel corn,drained
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup picante sauce
2 chopped jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
8 wheat flour tortillas

In large bowl combine all ingredients except tortillas. Mix well. Spoon mixture on each tortilla. Roll torrillas as an enchilada.
Place tortillas on baking sheet and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with salsa.
