CHICKEN in a BUN

serves 8

8 frankfurter buns
1 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped pimentos
1/2 cup tomato paste
3 tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbs. wine vinegar
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In sauce pan melt butter, cook onions and celery, simmer on low heat about 3 minutes.
Combine the tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar,
worcestershire sauce, chili powder,salt and pepper. Mix well, add chicken, olives and pimentos to mixture. Simmer 3-4 minutes on low heat. Spoon into buns.
