1 cup green beans
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup green peas
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium sliced onion
1 can [14 oz.] mushroom soup
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
In sauce pan combine green beans, carrots, peas, mushrooms and onions. Mix well. Layer 1/2 of vegetables in oblong baking dish.
In another combine soup, worcestershire, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat 3-5 minutes.
Pour 1/2 of soup over vegetables. Top with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat layers and top with the other cup of chees. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
