EASY RICE PILAF # 2

serves 4

1 1/4 cups wild rice
1 1/4 cup brown rice
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped green onion
6 cups beef broth
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup almonds halves
1 tbsp. butter
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large pot melt butter. Add onions and worcestershire sauce. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Add broth, wild rice and brown rice bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat about 40-45 minutes or until rice is done. Add the remaining ingrediets. Toss to mix.
