CORN and PEA PANCAKES

serves 6

1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen green peas
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup wheat flour
3/4 cup half-half
3/4 cup cranberries
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. sugar

In food processor, combine eggs, milk and peas.
Add flour, worcestershire and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add the corn and cranberries blend 1-2 minutes. Ladle onto grddle, cook until brown then flip sides.
