RICE PILAF

serves 4

2 cups brown rice, quick cook rice
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 cup kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice accordingly to directions. Saute onions in butter with worcestershire, beans,
pine nuts,chiles, salt and pepper, add to rice.
Mix well.
