BEEF and SPINACH SPECIAL

serves 4

3/4 lb. beef sirloin
1/2 pkg. frozen cream of spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 hard- boiled eggs
1/2 tsp.oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
cooking spray

In large skillet, spray with cooking spray.
Add beef and worcestershire sauce, simmer on low heat 5-7 minutes. Add onions, oregano, garlic,mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook until onions are done. Drain spinach and add to beef
mix well. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add the cheese and sliced eggs, mix well. Simmer 2-4 minutes.
