1 cup quick brown rice
2 zucchini squash, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 cups water
2 tbs. butter
1-14 oz. can cheese soup
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
In saucepan, melt butter, add onions, celery,
zucchini,worcestershire,salt, pepper and water.Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rice and bring back to boil. Remove from heat. Cover saucepan and let stand for 15 minutes. Add cheese soup and mix well.
Transfer to baking dish and bake in oven at 350 degres for 50-60 minutes.
