TUNA and BROCCOLI SALAD

serves 4

8 oz. water-packed tuna
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 small red onion, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
4 tsp. mayonnaise
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste.

Drain tuna, combine tuna and worcesrterhire sauce in bowl. Add the remaining ingredients,
mix well. Chill 1 hour before serving.
