TOMATO and CORN CHOWDER

serves 4

2 cup chicken broth
2 lb. tomatoes
2 cups frozen corn
3/4 cup half-half
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup white wine
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Peel tomatoes and cut out cores and stems. Chop
coarsley, reserving juice. In saucepan combine broth, onions, paprika, rosemary, worcestershire, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and corn. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add half-half and wine. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
