ONION- CHEESE SOUP

serves 4

1 cup chicken broth
1 cup half-half
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded american cheese
2 tbs. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
chopped cilantro

In saucepan melt butter, add onions and simmer on low heat 3-5 minutes. Add chicken broth,
worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat 4-5 minutes. Add half-half
and cheese, stir till melted. Ladle into bowls.
Top with cilantro.
