SHRIMP and POTATO STEW

serves 6

1 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
1 lb. new potatoes, cut in half
16 0z. tomato sauce
1 oz. chili sauce
1 cup water or more if needed
1 cup chopped green onions
1/4 tsp.Colgin Wotcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup cilantro,chopped
1/4 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes in water until done. Drain off water. Combine chili sauce, tomato sauce,
onions, 1 cup water, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes, simmer 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and wine, simmer on low heat 5-6 minutes. Ladle into bowl and top with
chopped cilantro.
