BAKED CHICKEN WITH WHISKEY SAUCE

serves 4

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasr
2/3 cups chicken broth
6 tbs. whiskey
2/3 cups heavy cream
butter
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken brest in baking dish. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Bake in oven at 350 degrees
about 1 hour. In sauce pan combine broth, whiskey, worcestershire sauce and cream. Simmer on low heat 5-6 minutes. Pour over chicken and return to over for 5-10 minutes

* brandy or rum can be substituted
