LIMA BEAN SOUP

serves 4

4 cups chicken broth
3 cups lima beans, drained
1/4 cup presto
5 tbs. tomato paste
1/2 cup sliced red peppers
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbs. white wine
salt and pepper to taste

Combine broth and beans in soup pot, simmer on low heat 5-10 minutes. Add red peppers, Worcestershire, tomato paste, presto, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, and transfer to food processor.
Process until smooth, then return to the pan.
Add wine and mix well.
