EGG FOO YUNG CASSEROLE

serves 4

6 beaten eggs
1 cup bean sprouts, drained
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tbs. butter
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet melt butter. Add onions and celery.
Simmer on low heat until done. Combine eggs,
bean sprouts, worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Mix well and add onions and celery to eggs.
Pour into baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until done.
