POTATOES with CURRY

serves 8

6 medium potatoes, cooked and cut in quartes
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in skillet, add potatoes, tomatoes,
celery and onions, simmer 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients,except cilantro. Toss to mix well. Simmer on low heat 5 minutes. Place on platter and top with cilantro.
