ROASTED TOMATOES

serves 4

4 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise
2 tbs. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbs. cilantro
4 tbs. Parmesan cheese
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Place tomatoes on baking sheet, cut side up.
Mix Worcestershire with olive oil and brush on
tomatoes. Cut slits in tomatoes and stuff with garlic. Sprinkle with rosemary,oregano and cheese. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 10-20 minutes. Top with cilantro and serve.
