HORSERADISH SAUCE

makes 2 1/2 cups

1 cup sour crean
4 tbs. horseradish
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbs. white wine vinegar
1 tbs. Spicy Brown Mustard
8 tbs chopped walnuts
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Combine sour cream, horseradish, whipping cream, vinegar, worcestershire and mustard in bowl, mix well and chill 1-2 hours. Add chopped walnuts and serve. Great over salmon or beef.
