QUICK CHEESE VEGGIE SOUP

serves 4

2 cups cauliflower and broccoli
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup half-half
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup beer
1 tsp. paprika
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Steam cauliflower and broccoli, cut into small pieces. In saucepan combine soup and half-half.
Simmer on low heat 3-4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat until done.
