SLOPPY JOES

serves 6

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chili sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbs. mustard
1 tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbs. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
6 hamburger buns

In skillet brown beef with worcestershire sauce. Drain off fat. Add onions and celery.
Simmer on low heat until done. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat until done. Heat bun in over about 3-5 minutes.
Add beef mixture to buns and serve.
