SPINACH STUFFED MUSHROOMS

serves 4

1 lb. fresh white mushrooms
4 tbs. butter
1 tsp.garlic powder
1 pkg. cream spinach,drained
4 tbs.Italian Bread Crumbs or more
1/2 cup chopped cooked shrimp
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Melt butter, add shrimp and worcestershire.
Add spinach, garlic and bread crumbs. Mix well.
Wash and clean mushrooms. Add more bread crumbs if needed to make stuffing. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Place on baking sheet.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 10 -20 minutes.
