QUICK CORN CASSEROLE

serves 4

2 cups whole kernel corn
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup half-half
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
2 tbs. butter
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In saucepan melt butter, add onions and chilies. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Add milk and worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat 3-4 minutes. Add corn, cheese and eggs. Mix well, pour into baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
