BORSCHT

serves 6

2 qt. water
8 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups sliced potatoes, peeled
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
3 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cups purple cabbage, coarsley chopped
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
dill weed to taste

In soup pot bring water to boil, add bouillon cubes and potatoes, when potatoes are almost done, mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients except, cabbage. Simmer on low heat 20-30 minutes. Add cabbage and dill weed. Simmer on low heat 5-10 minutes.
