1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup half-half
1/2 cup onions. chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup uncooked white rice
4 tbs. butter melted
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Add butter to baking dish. Add rice, broccoli,
onions and celery. In saucepan combine soup,
half-half, worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat, add cheese, stir until cheese melts. Pour over broccoli, mix well.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
