CAULIFLOWER and CHEESE SOUP

serves 6

1 head cauliflower
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups chicken broth
3 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup onions, chopped
3 tsp. butter
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Break caulilower in to small pieces. Cook in water until tender. Drain off water. Melt butter in saucepan, add onions and cook until done. In saucepan add broth, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Add cauliflower, cream and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
